Guarantee

The guarantee EXCLUSIVELY covers MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

Duration: In compliance with Law 23/2003 of 10 July 2003 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, the guarantee is valid for 24 months from the date on the purchase invoice for the product.

Scope of the Guarantee: Aerográficos FEJU is responsible for guaranteeing the products that it manufactures. The manufacturer of other products that are sold by Aerográficos FEJU is responsible for their guarantee.

The scope of the Guarantee includes full repair in the Aerográficos FEJU facilities, in its Technical Service repair shops (SAT) or at the manufacturer’s facilities, for the other products it sells. Any repair performed at another SAT or at an unauthorised repair shop, will NOT be covered by the guarantee.

Any possible shipping expenses will also be covered.

The Guarantee excludes the following:

  • Damage to the equipment caused by improper usage or handling (impacts, dropping, etc.)
  • Lack of cleanliness and maintenance as per the instructions given in the operations manuals for this equipment.
  • If the product has been tampered with or dismantled.
  • Parts that wear out, such as needles and tips on the airbrush and aspirator valves and gaskets on the paint pumps.

If the repair is NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE, Aerográficos FEJU or its corresponding Technical Service will provide the customer with an estimate of the repair cost before proceeding. Once the customer has approved this estimate, we will proceed to repair the product and the customer will be charged for the repair and any possible transport expenses.
