Aerográficos FEJU adds to its catalogue the High Pressure Heating Hoses. These hoses heat the paint with a digital variable temperature control heating system.
That reduces the viscosity of the product improving the painting, avoiding thinners and reducing the fog. Also it reduces the cleaning process an 80%.
It is not necessary any additional heating system.
These products reduce the use of bigger airless systems which means less costs.
Aerográficos Feju sells two types of heating hoses:
Electric Airless Systems:
Blue textile braided hose, 250 bar, ø3/8”, ¼ “ on the edge. Ref. 60324: Digital Control Temperature Hose with heating system. Blue color. 250 bar, 15m. Recommended for nozzles bigger than 0,013”. Ref. 60326: Digital Control Temperature Hose with heating system. Blue color. 250 bar, 30m. Recommended for nozzles bigger than 0,013”.
Pneumatic/Piston Airless Systems: Red metallic braided hose, 250 bar, ø3/8”, ¼ “ on the edge.
