Airless Spray Guns
Operating
The product arrives to the spray gun with high pressure generated by an airless pump. When it goes through the nozzle, the quick evaporation of the solvent in combination with the mechanical resistance produces the atomization to very small drops. The fan has not got air.
Both the needle and the nozzle seat is made of tungsten carbide in order to avoid the fast corrosion.
Both the fan angle and the opening can be chosen with the tungsten carbide nozzle.
For example 421 want to say: Nº 4: angle of 40 º and Nº21: Product outlet opening (0,021 in = 0,53 mm)
